We have a strong focus on sustainability and strive to leave only a positive impact on our little piece of 'Almost Heaven'. With this in mind we run our farm off-grid using solar power. We recognize that sheet plastic is a major byproduct of most culinary mushroom farms, so we grow our mushrooms in biodegradable bags to diminish future microplastic concerns. We also take sustainability as a business in mind when making decisions, we focus on slow sustainable growth with a healthy amount of energy put in to giving back to our rural community!
